Who we are

RV Listed is a marketing and referral service. We connect RV owners with a licensed dealer network that handles consignment sales. We do not buy, sell, broker, or take possession of RVs, and we do not charge sellers a fee. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, what we do with it, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, state and ZIP code, details about your RV (type, year, make, model, mileage, ZIP code, overall condition), your title and loan status, and your selling timeline. Name plus either a phone number or email address are required for us to respond.

Optional condition questions. After you submit, we offer a short set of optional questions about your RV: interior and exterior condition, whether it has been smoked in or carried pets, tire age, generator and slide-out condition, leaks or delamination, when it was last serviced, and any notes you add. If you tell us you have a loan, we also ask for your approximate payoff amount. Every one of these is optional, and skipping them does not affect whether we contact you.

Information collected automatically. When you submit the form we record your IP address, browser user-agent string, the page you submitted from, the first page of the site you landed on including any campaign parameters in its web address, and the website that referred you if you arrived from a link. We keep these as part of the record of your submission and your contact-permission choice.

What we do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, driver’s license number, bank account details, or credit card information. Never send those through this website. We ask only for an approximate loan payoff, never your lender account number or login.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to you about selling your RV
• Refer you to a licensed dealer in our partner network who can evaluate your RV and discuss consignment
• Keep a record of whether you consented to phone calls and text messages
• Detect and prevent spam and abuse of our form
• Understand which pages generate inquiries, so we can improve the site

Who we share it with

Partner dealers. The core purpose of this website is to connect you with a licensed RV dealer. When you submit the form, we share your submission with a dealer in our partner network so they can follow up with you. That dealer handles your information under their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Service providers. We use third-party services to host this website and deliver email notifications. They process information only to provide those services to us.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We do not sell your information to data brokers, list aggregators, or unrelated marketers, and we do not share it with multiple competing dealers.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information under state privacy laws, including in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and a growing number of other states. Those rights generally include:

• The right to know what personal information we have collected about you and who we disclosed it to
• The right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions
• The right to correct inaccurate personal information
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
• The right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

A note on “selling” and “sharing.” Because we pass your submission to a partner dealer and are compensated in connection with that referral, this may qualify as a “sale” or “share” of personal information under some state privacy laws, even though we do not sell data to brokers or marketers in the ordinary sense. If you would prefer we not pass your information along, do not submit the form; call us instead, or use the opt-out contact below.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@rvlisted.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time frame your state’s law requires.

Calls and text messages

Our form includes an optional checkbox giving permission for us and our partner dealers to contact you by phone and text, including with autodialed or prerecorded messages. It is unchecked by default, and checking it is not required to submit the form or to receive help selling your RV.

If you do not check it, we will follow up by email only. If you do check it and later change your mind, reply STOP to any text message, tell us on any call, or email info@rvlisted.com. Message and data rates may apply.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide a consent mechanism before any non-essential cookies are set.

How long we keep it

We retain form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain records of contact permission, and then as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details above.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with access limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
